AJM travelled to the Orgatec 2012 office furniture exhibition in Cologne, Germany and have the very latest in modern furniture design and styles. AJM has access to a range of European office furniture brands and styles including workstations and seating and have a resource supplier network to source products internationally.
As many would-be aware the Orgatec exhibition was on 21st-25th of October in Cologne, Germany. This year some of the AJM team visited the exhibition to observe what the European market had to offer and to bring back the current trends, styles and designs and broaden our range and distributorships.
Open-plan, bench-style workstations, monorail systems and adjustable-height stations were dominant indicating we are up to date with our Cubit and Chicago systems. There were a range of innovative metal storage systems, screens and panels on display and workstation fabric screens were typically in plain block solid colours.
Most leading industry brands exhibited workstations utilising the bench style& system varying in length and the way accessories were attached. There was interesting use of substrates and integration of storage, ergonomics and overhead lighting.
This seems to be the trend moving forward into 2013.
